I had a pretty disappointing experience overall. The rooms were noisy and quite uncomfortable, which led to a terrible night's sleep. On the plus side, the hotel did have a nice pool area and some lovely decor, but these positives couldn't outweigh the frustrating issues with the stay. We faced significant problems with the water supply and room cleanliness, making the price we paid feel completely unjustified.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel, particularly enjoying the smooth check-in process and the free shuttle service to Universal Studios. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though I found the gym facilities a bit lacking during my visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day. Overall, it's a charming place that I would gladly return to.
