the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to a popular studio. this was really convenient and saved me transportation costs. the room was tidy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
my room had a view of the car park. i think a better view would have improved my experience. the hotel charged $29 a night for parking, and i found that to be quite expensive, though the location was perfect!

The hotel offers a free shuttle to Universal Studios. It provided a convenient and stress-free way to get to the park. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was nice. Our room was a good size. The room was also nicely decorated and quiet. It was great.
I noticed the water pressure in the bathroom was quite low. It made showering take longer. A higher water pressure would improve the experience.

The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to Universal Studios and back. The service runs at scheduled times throughout the day. This made our visits to the park simple and efficient.

Our Deluxe King Room included a king-sized bed and a seating area. The room also features blackout curtains; these ensured a dark and restful sleep. A mini-fridge was also in the room.

the room overlooked the parking lot which was disappointing the parking fee of $29 per night also felt quite steep there was a strong smell of cannabis in the corridor one evening i reported it but no action was taken i found this lack of follow-up concerning finally there wasn't any clear pricing for the wine or water in the room

Excellent Stay!

We enjoyed the pool very much! The nightly movies proved to be a big hit with the kids, providing entertainment after our long days. The trolley service to Universal was so convenient. We used it multiple times. The adult spa was a relaxing escape. It offered privacy away from the main pool area.
The lobby bar was understaffed . It took a very long time to get our check after dinner.

the shuttle to universal studios was very convenient. it saved me time and money on transportation. the room was also clean and well maintained. the bed was comfortable, and i slept well .
the pool area was smaller than expected. it felt crowded when several guests were using it. also, the parking fee was quite high. i paid extra each night for parking.
